After an illness, surgery, or injury, you may need orthopedic physical therapy to help you recover.

What is Orthopedics?

Did you know what the number one reason people miss work, sports and activities of daily living each year? If you guessed musculoskeletal pain, you are correct.

Why me?

I still believe in providing a one-on-one, individualized plan for every orthopedic and soft tissue condition that comes to see me. Before we start our treatment.

I do an exhaustive exam of your body to help us focus on what your specific problem(s) is to guide our treatment program. My success comes from using the latest evidence-based treatment techniques to help you heal and recover quickly, return to active functioning, and improve the quality of your life.

Some common areas that we treat include:

  • Spine

  • Knee

  • Shoulder

  • Elbow/wrist

  • Hip

  • Foot/ankle

  • Head

  • Rib Cage

  • Neurodynamics/Nervous system

  • Post-injury weakness

  • Post-surgery rehab

To identify and treat your orthopedic movement dysfunctions properly, I will do a thorough evaluation of your condition to determine why you are having your orthopedic issues. From there I can develop a program specific to you and your problem. During your recovery, I will continue to re-evaluate and modify your program as needed during the entire course of treatment to ensure that we are on the right track to recovery. This will guide me in establishing your treatment goals below.
