Getting to the top of your game and staying there, injury-free requires specialized programs. Your road to success is as unique as your strengths and weaknesses. The goals of each program are to enhance your strengths and decrease your weakness in the mental, perceptual, and physical performance required in sports and overall health. My individualized sports and human-specific training are tailored to each athlete’s and individual’s unique performance demands, helping them reach their peak physical, perceptual and mental capabilities and avoiding injury at the same time.

I specialize in injury prevention; assisting athletes to return to the field after an injury, as well as taking one’s training to the next level. My sports performance training program is designed to improve an athlete’s functional movement, power, strength, endurance, and control of their entire neuromuscular, cognitive, and sensory systems to meet the rigorous demands of sport, activity, and life. I offer both virtual and on-site programs, combining my clinical expertise, training, and state-of-the-art technology to help clients achieve their potential and goals. I utilize a wide variety of treatment interventions to aid in your recovery. Your treatment plan may include the following:

Strength Training and Muscle Balance

  • Training to perform and succeed requires complete balance and proper alignment of your entire neuro-musculoskeletal systems. 

  • By training, controlling and properly aligning your movements more than just muscles, your body will learn how to apply its power and strength gains to the movement demands of your sport or activity.

  • Customized, evidence-based, and purpose-driven training programs to meet everyone, activity, and sport’s unique demands. 

  • I offer both virtual and live sessions.

  • My strength training programs are individualized even when working as part of a team. 

  • I offer group/ team rates as well as individual rates.
